If you are a member of the BMW club worldwide, we will offer you a 10% discount on the rental rate (current BMW Club card or a letter from the club stating that you are a current member needs to be presented at the time of hire).

Additional Equipment
The following accessories are available for hire:

- BMW Tourance/Gore-Tex Jacket or equivalent $50 per rental
- BMW Tourance/Gore-Tex Trousers or equivalent $50 per rental
- Gore-Tex Gloves $20 per rental

All BMW Motorcycles are fitted with panniers for ease of touring and storage on the motorcycle. The panniers are removable upon request.

Southbank Motorcycles will require:

- A valid, unrestricted motorcycle license
- The skill, knowledge and ability to operate our rental motorcycles
- A major credit card capable to accept $2,000 security deposit - fully refundable upon return of the motorcycle undamaged
- Minimum age 25
- Additional identification (other than drivers license)
- It is recommended that all passengers are present to sign the contract upon collection.

Minimum Rental
Our minimum period is 24 hours, therefore pick up and drop off times are the same. We only offer a half day rental on Saturdays which is from 08.30am – 12.30pm.

As we are closed on Sundays, pick up is on Saturday and return on Monday before 10.00am.

Long-term Rental
Special conditions apply for rentals of more than 50, 75, 100 days. Details are available upon request.

Motorcycle Return
All motorcycles must be returned with a full fuel tank (Premium unleaded). $1.50 per litre will be charged when refueling at our Dealership.

Change of Motorcycle
If for reasons beyond our control the motorcycle you have requested is not available, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or superior motorcycle at no extra cost to the client. If a comparable or a superior motorcycle cannot be provided, a prorated refund for the difference in models will be paid. The above shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the participant to any additional refund.

Changes of Contract
Changes to the contract are only valid in writing. Verbal changes are invalid unless confirmed in writing.

Road Restrictions
Our motorcycles can only be ridden on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads. No vehicles shall be ridden on unsealed or dirt roads.

Reservation and Deposit
At the time of booking a deposit of $500 is payable. The deposit secures the booking and makes up the $2,000 security deposit that is payable on pick up.
